A monthly meeting ('Club
night') is held on the second Wednesday of each month (excluding January
and July) at 7.30 pm. It is currently held at the Wanaka Fire Station on Ballantyne Rd.
These meetings are advertised in Wanaka’s weekly
broadsheet The Messenger and have an informal structure. A speaker may give a talk on a topic
of general interest or the members may participate in a practical exercise
relating to tramping skills and knowledge. The evenings conclude
with a social 'cuppa' of tea or coffee.
Details of the speaker or activity for the next
club night are included in our latest Bootprints in
the week prior to Club Night.
